Aime the healer!
Updated: May 22, 2019
Aime Adams is a natural born healer. She is a trained and licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Yoga/Meditation Instructor. Aime’s background is varied and includes 7 years of having two careers simultaneously, one in International Relations with the USG, and one in healing (Massage Therapy). Aime has left behind her USG work, and incorporates her Massage Therapy training into her Chinese Medicine sessions. Aime’s first professional training in healing was as a Massage Therapist in 2004 in California. Aime was first taught Chinese Medicine at this time, from one of her instructors and fell in love with the medicine, and knew she would study it later in her life. From 2008-2009 Aime provided her healing services at the White House in Washington DC to a former President of the United States. Since 2014 Aime has left her full time job in International Relations, and has devoted the past few years to studying and practice Chinese Medicine. Aime’s Philosophy of Healing I believe that every person has their own unique rhythm that is in tune with nature when it’s working at it’s best, and when this rhythm is agitated on any level, discomfort and dis-ease are created. My experiences have taught me that Eastern Medicine and Yoga are powerful tools for resetting this rhythm and improving overall well-being for the body/mind/spirit. These practices are the key to awakening to the full experience of our wholeness, the part of us that is untouched by any of our outer experiences. The shape of our lives are up to each of us, and that there is no greater task on this planet than doing the work of healing ourselves. To me, living a life of meaningful service means acknowledging that we are each the creator of our own experiences. If you are struggling with some type of symptom or dis-ease, I can serve as your teammate in uncovering what it is that is standing between you and feeling free.
